FACTORY TOUR

Before the buffing process the fingerboards are cleaned and any excess bindings are scraped off.

The frets are also dressed by hand before the buffing process.

After buffing, the assembly process is started.

Here is a batch of necks waiting for assembly.

And the guitars are off to the electrical and final inspection department.

This where all the pickups and electronics are installed all by hand.

John Routlidge completes the final inspection. He tests each and every guitar before shipment.This Kelly was made for Marty Friedman!

One last polish before the hang tag, warranty card and guitar are placed in the case and it's off to the store.
